    How to make zrazy meat with egg and onion in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Any meat for minced meat is suitable - pork, beef, chicken, lamb. You can even mix several types of meat - this will make it even tastier. I only have pork. You can also take ready-made minced meat - as you are more familiar and convenient. If you have frozen minced meat, pre-defrost it.

    Rinse the meat well under running water and remove all excess - veins, films. Dry and cut as you like - for a meat grinder. Peel, wash, and dry the onion and garlic as well. Cut the onion into 4 pieces. Soak a loaf of bread in milk in a separate bowl. Literally for a few seconds, then immediately take out the bread and squeeze it slightly.

    Put pork, onion and garlic through a meat grinder. Usually I prefer to scroll the stuffing myself, and I buy ready-made only in extreme cases. It seems to me that in this form it is much tastier. But, again, if time is expensive, it's easier to use the purchased one.

    Salt the minced meat to taste.

    Beat in a raw chicken egg.

    Add to the minced bread loaf, which we previously soaked. If desired, you can pass it through a meat grinder along with minced meat. I don't usually do that. Crumble wet bread with your hands.

    Knead the minced meat well. It is better to do it with your hands. Then lightly beat it against the surface of the table to get rid of excess air. After this procedure, the minced meat will become more dense and will keep its shape well.

    Now let's do the stuffing. I have quail eggs. Cook them for about 5 minutes, then cool and peel. For this recipe, I chose quail eggs - in my opinion, they look more interesting in the section. But it doesn't matter, you can take chicken eggs and cut them in half. Or finely chop boiled eggs and mix them with green onions. Choose according to your taste.

    Prepare the breadcrumbs - breadcrumbs. I mix them with dry spices and salt. You can try to do as I do, or stop the choice on some breadcrumbs. In my mixture, except crackers: paprika, dried garlic and ground black pepper.

    Lightly wet your hands with water. Take some minced meat about the size of a chicken egg. Roll into a ball, then make a recess in its center - as shown in the photo.

    Put a whole quail egg, half a chicken egg or a mixed egg-onion filling in the resulting recess.

    Roll each cutlet in breadcrumbs and transfer to a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. You can cover the baking sheet with baking paper - so nothing will stick, and the baking sheet will not have to be washed afterwards. Bake the zrazy in the oven until cooked at a temperature of about 180 degrees for about half an hour. Determine the exact time and temperature by your oven.

Also, you can simply fry zrazy in vegetable oil, like ordinary cutlets, but in the oven, of course, it is healthier and not so greasy.
