Step 1:
Measure out your ingredients.

Cut the pork into serving-size slices and pound them lightly.

Coat the meat with mustard.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Make the sauce: press the garlic through a garlic press, then mix it with the vegetable oil, cinnamon, ground pepper, and salt.

Brush each piece of pork with the sauce and arrange them on a greased baking sheet.
