Cooking method
1 . My chicken fillet, cut into small pieces, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
2. Onions and carrots are cleaned, onions are cut into half rings, carrots are cut into large straws. We send the vegetables to the chicken, salt and pepper to taste, simmer over medium heat until soft.
3. Peel the Bulgarian pepper from the seeds, wash it, cut it into small pieces. Garlic is cleaned, cut with a knife as small as possible. Put the pepper and garlic in the pan with the rest of the ingredients, simmer until soft, about 7-10 minutes.
Serve on the table, garnished with fresh herbs.
