In the finished mashed potatoes (I think it is not necessary to specify how to cook mashed potatoes) we put the flour, beat in the egg, salt and knead the dough.
Cabbage is stewed as usual. All the ingredients described in the recipe are added as you cook. So cabbage is stewed together with carrots, onions, bell peppers and tomato paste. Stewed cabbage during cooking should be salted. Then ground pepper is added to it to taste.
Now we roll out the potato dough on the table and cut out the circles with a glass. We put cabbage filling on each circle. Close the top with a second circle, pinch the edges. You can leave the zrazy round, or you can give them an oval shape, like ordinary pies.
Next, just fry the zrazy in vegetable oil in a frying pan. Served with sour cream or gravy.
