Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. You can take any minced meat for this dish (poultry, beef, pork, or a mixture), depending on taste preferences and the desire to get the calorie content of the dish.
Step 2:
Boil the pasta in salted water until half cooked.
Step 3:
Onions and carrots are cleaned. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a medium grater or grind with a combine, it will not worsen the taste, but it will shorten the cooking time. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put onions and carrots in the pan. Fry them until the onion is transparent and the carrots are soft.
Step 4:
Add minced meat to the vegetables. You can take the minced meat ready from the store, or wind it yourself. When preparing homemade minced meat for this dish, you should not add bread or other additives to it, minced meat is needed exclusively from meat, since it will already be supplemented with flour ingredients. Add spices: salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Step 5:
Fry everything, stirring occasionally, over medium heat, until the minced meat is ready.
Step 6:
Preparing the filling for the casserole. In a bowl, beat the eggs, beat them with a fork with a pinch of salt, pour in the milk, mix well so that the mixture is homogeneous.
Step 7:
Grate the cheese on a medium grater. We will make a streusel for sprinkling. We grind the butter chopped into pieces with a pinch of salt and flour into fine crumbs.
Step 8:
Grease the baking dish with butter. We put part of the pasta in the mold so that they evenly cover the bottom of the mold.
Step 9:
Put minced meat fried with vegetables on top.
Step 10:
Cover the minced meat with the remains of pasta on top. They should cover the filling completely.
Step 11:
Grate hard cheese on a fine grater and fill the casserole with it. Fill everything with milk-egg mixture. And sprinkle streusel on top. The oven is heated to 180 degrees. Bake pasta with minced meat and cheese in it for about 20 minutes, this time is enough, since all the ingredients have been heat treated. When the crust is browned on top. We take out the casserole and serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
