Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to bake a cupcake with nuts? Prepare the products. I took the nuts in the form of a mixture, there are walnuts, cashews, almonds and hazelnuts. You can stop at one thing or make a mix, choose according to your taste. I have vanilla sugar with natural vanilla, that's why it's so dark. Remember that the products for the cupcake should be at the same temperature - room temperature, so take them out of the refrigerator in advance. The butter should completely soften, we will beat it.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Sift flour together with baking powder to saturate it with oxygen. Which flour is better to use? I recommend taking the highest grade.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Chop the nuts into fine crumbs. I used a food processor, you can take a blender, or you can just chop them with a knife. In general, the size of nuts is not so important in this recipe, they do not act as flour. Large chunks will also go.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Beat butter with sugar. Beat at low speed, add sugar gradually. The oil should become lush and light.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Continuing to beat, add the eggs one by one to the butter mixture. After each egg, wait for full stirring. The mass will become smooth and shiny.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Add vanilla sugar and nuts to the butter, mix.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Turn on the mixer at the lowest speed and enter the flour in parts. Mix well until smooth. Please note that you may take more or less flour than I do. Be guided by the consistency of the dough, it should not be too steep.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Turn on the oven to preheat at 200°C. Grease the mold with oil, lay out the dough, level the top with a spatula.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Lower the temperature in the oven to 170 ° C. Bake the cupcake for about an hour or a little less or more. Focus on your oven and the appearance of the cake - it should turn brown. Cool the finished cupcake. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.

The cupcake turned out with a dense, but very soft crumb. When sliced, it did not crumble.
A very successful recipe! The whole family liked it. It is suitable for both tea and coffee, and just eating it is very tasty!
Not a big cupcake comes out of this amount of products, but it's not scary. Due to its caloric content, one piece is enough to eat.
If you move away from the standards, you can diversify the taste of the cake by adding dried fruits - raisins, prunes, dried cranberries and cherries.
According to GOST, margarine was taken for the nut cake. But the margarine that is sold today is very different from the old one, take butter after all.

Be prepared for the fact that flour may need more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!

Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use the useful information about the features of ovens !
