Chocolate cupcakes with cream

Hi, it's me again and again with cupcakes :) I want to offer you a recipe for chocolate pre-chocolate cupcakes, and to them also chocolate cream. Well, what else can I say, these are not just cupcakes, but a real chocolate bomb!!! It's very tasty!

    Break the chocolate into pieces, add the diced butter and melt it all. I melted it in the microwave.

    Leave the melted chocolate-butter mixture for 5 minutes to cool down a little.

    Add sugar, stir thoroughly so that it dissolves.

    Add sour cream (I have a mixture of sour cream and kefir)

    Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder and mix into the dough in 2 steps.

    Mix well, we get a fairly thick dough.

    Spread the dough on the molds and bake in a preheated 180 C oven for about 25-30 minutes (check readiness with a skewer). Ready-made cupcakes are allowed to cool, if desired, they can simply be decorated with powdered sugar, but I decorated them with cream.

    For buttercream, we take butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and chocolate.

    Melt the chocolate. Beat butter with cream cheese until fluffy.

    Add powdered sugar (you can adjust its amount to your taste). In general, this is a ready-made cream, but vanilla, to it you can add 1 tsp vanilla tincture and decorate, but I wanted chocolate cream.

    Add the melted (already cooled) chocolate and whisk.

Very easy to prepare mega-chocolate cupcakes. Their structure is quite dense, but crumbly, and how fragrant they are .... mmmm... just super. You can not cook the cream and the cupcakes turn out very tasty without it, but if you want to cook such cupcakes for a festive table, then they look very nice with cream.
