Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the buns. It is better to use puff pastry in plates - it is more convenient to roll it out this way. The dough should be removed from the refrigerator in about 1 hour and thawed at room temperature. It is important that the plates do not stick together. Therefore, the package with the dough needs to be opened, put the cold plates with parchment and put back into the package and close it tightly so that the dough does not wind up.
Step 2:
Melt the butter over low heat or in the microwave.
Step 3:
Combine sugar with ground cinnamon and mix.
Step 4:
Dust the table with flour so that the dough does not stick to the surface when rolling. The dough itself is also better to lightly dust with flour so that the rolling pin does not stick to it. Roll out each plate into a rectangular layer and cut into squares with a side of 20 * 20 cm.
Step 5:
Brush each square of dough with melted butter.
Step 6:
Sprinkle the dough evenly with sugar and cinnamon over the entire surface.
Step 7:
Roll each square of dough into a long roll. If necessary, the roll can be slightly pulled out with your hands so that it is a little longer.
Step 8:
Cut each roll lengthwise with a sharp knife, not reaching the end of 1.5-2 cm.
Step 9:
Weave the resulting strips of dough together and form a round wreath. Thread the ends of the dough into the resulting loop in the place where the wreath began to be woven.
Step 10:
Place the prepared buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment and brush them with the remnants of melted butter.
Step 11:
Bake the buns in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 15-20 minutes until the top of the buns is properly browned. Bon appetit!
Usually cinnamon rolls are made in the form of a roll, which is cut into pieces and baked with a slice up.
This is the simplest molding of such buns. But I suggest making buns not only delicious, but also beautiful. After all, appearance is also important for the completeness of perception.
If you do not know how to weave beautiful wreaths from dough, then the video for the recipe will help you with this. There is nothing complicated here.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information in this article !
