Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Ingredients.
Step 2:
Cooking sourdough. Mix yeast, sugar and warm milk, put in a warm place to rise for 15 minutes.
Step 3:
Knead the dough from all the ingredients. Mix salt, egg, kefir, vegetable oil and the risen sourdough into the flour. If the dough sticks strongly to your hands, add flour.
Step 4:
Put the finished dough in a cup, and cover with cellophane, leave in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
Step 5:
Preparing the filling. Add finely chopped onion to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper and pour in the broth (you can replace it with water mixed with seasonings). Mix well. Grate the hard cheese separately on a coarse grater.
Step 6:
The dough will need to be kneaded, divided into parts. Dust the table with flour so that the dough does not stick. Roll out the dough about 3 mm thick and cut out circles with a glass.
Step 7:
Put minced meat and a pinch of cheese on each circle. We fold each circle in half, like a dumpling, and again in half. Pinch the ends.
Step 8:
Put greased parchment paper in the mold so that you can easily get the finished cake later. And spread the finished petals in a circle, as tightly as possible to each other.
Step 9:
Make a rose for the middle of the pie. We put minced meat on 3 halves of round cakes, lay them out overlapping.
Step 10:
We start from the end to roll up the roll. It turns out a rose, we put it in the middle of the pie.
Step 11:
Cover with cellophane. Leave for 20 minutes to lift the dough, then lubricate with beaten egg, and send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
Step 12:
The finished cake will need to be greased with melted butter, covered with a towel and left for 15 minutes. You can not melt the butter, but just pry it with a fork and walk it over a hot pie, it will melt.
Step 13:
Meat pie is ready, bon appetit!
Step 14:
That's how it is in the cut.
Depending on the molding and the size of the mold, you may have extra dough and minced meat, mold and bake pies from them. Or another chrysanthemum, but smaller.
If there is no round shape, you can also spread the petals in a circle on a rectangular baking sheet.
