Dinner in the oven - delicious and very appetizing! Beef with potatoes and mushrooms can be served for lunch or dinner, the dish is hearty and quite independent. At the end of cooking, you can sleep the potatoes with grated cheese, but this is optional. You can also change the set of spices and herbs, adjusting the taste at your discretion.

1. My beef, cut into small pieces, put in a bowl, salt and pepper, mix.

4. Grease the heat-resistant mold with vegetable oil, spread the beef, then the onion, on top of the onion - champignons. Lightly salt the mushroom layer, sprinkle with marjoram, then spread the potatoes.

5. We send the form to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake beef with potatoes with mushrooms for 60 minutes.

6. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped parsley, pour in portions and serve on the table.
