Cooking method
1. In a deep bowl, pour wheat and whole grain flour, add salt, dry yeast and rye bran. Pour warm water and sunflower oil into the mixture of dry ingredients, add liquid honey. Knead the soft dough, it sticks slightly to your hands, but you should not add flour in addition.
2. Cover the container with the dough with cling film and leave in a warm place for an hour. Line the baking sheet with parchment and lightly sprinkle with flour. Divide the dough into two equal parts, form a long loaf from each, place it on a baking sheet. We leave the blanks in a warm place for half an hour, covering them with a towel.
3. After the specified time, we make incisions on the bread and send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 190 degrees, bake for 30 minutes. At the bottom of the oven, we install a grate on which we place a container with water, this contributes to the fact that the bread will be baked with steam.
