Step 1:
Mix cottage cheese with soft butter with a blender until smooth, add sour cream. I, according to tradition, poured a spoonful of cognac.)

Pour salt and baking powder into the sifted flour.

Combine everything, knead the dough. Put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Roll out the dough 4-5 mm thick.

Cut out cookies with molds. Put them on parchment.

Sprinkle with sugar. You can also add nuts, lemon zest, if desired.

Bake in a preheated 200` oven for 15-25 min. until a golden crust forms.
