Cooking method
To prepare delicious fish, you need:
1. Prepare fish and onions for slicing. Cut the onion into half rings, and the fish into portions.
2. Grease the mold with oil and sprinkle with a pinch of seasonings.
3. Put the onion in a layer on the bottom of the mold, put the fish on top and season with a pinch of spices and salt.
4. For the sauce, put tomatoes in cubes on a heated frying pan, olives in circles, then cook until the tomato is soft.
5. Turn off the heat, add yogurt, salt, seasonings and mix.
6. Pour the sauce over the fish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
