Cooking method
1. Beat the sugar and eggs until the sugar dissolves and the mass doubles;
2. Add butter and honey and continue whipping;
3. Pour kefir and mix;
4. Add cinnamon, salt, baking soda, baking powder to the flour and mix everything well;
5. Add the dry mixture to the liquid mixture and mix;
6. Add 1 cup of cherries and mix;
7. Transfer the resulting mass to a baking dish, pre-greased with oil;
8. Put the rest of the cherries on top of the mass;
9. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour, focusing on your oven and using wooden sticks.
10. Let the pie stand for 10 minutes and transfer to a platter;
11. If desired, you can sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
