Step 1:
First prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2:
Cut potatoes into slices 0.5 cm thick. We pass garlic through a press and sprinkle it on top of potatoes.
Step 3:
Cut the tomatoes into slices and spread them on the potatoes. Garlic, sunflower oil, chopped parsley, pepper and salt to taste, mix and lubricate on top.
Step 4:
Put in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 170 degrees. Bake until cooked, then spread on a plate and serve. Baked potatoes with tomatoes are ready. Bon appetit!
