Step 1:
Mix the cooled butter, flour and cottage cheese. Roll our dough into a ball and put it in the refrigerator. After 1 hour, we take out our dough, roll it out to a thickness of 4 millimeters and cut out circles with a diameter of about 7 centimeters. Dip our circles in sugar on one side.
Step 2:
2 times (the first time with sugar inside). And now once again we dip the dough pieces into the sugar with the upper side. We cover the prepared baking sheet with baking paper and spread the future cookies on it (leave a distance of about 2 centimeters between the cookies).
Step 3:
We send the baking sheet to the oven. The temperature in the oven should be about 200 degrees. The baking time is 20 minutes.
