Roll out the dough thinly, spread the minced meat on it in an even layer. Twist tightly, cut, moistening the knife with cold water each time.
We put the curls into a mold, pour the sauce from vegetables, more water to completely cover the dumplings. And simmer at 160 degrees for 40 minutes . When the dumplings appear from the sauce, cover with foil so that the upper edges of the dough do not dry out. Enjoy your meal!
