Step-by-step cooking
1. Wash the lemon, dry with a paper towel and remove the zest.
2. Grind butter with flour into crumbs, add powdered sugar, salt, egg, lemon zest. Knead the dough.
3. Divide the dough into two parts, add cocoa to one and knead until smooth.
4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
5. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, preheat the oven to 200C.
6. Roll out light and dark dough with a thickness of 3 mm.
7. Cut cookies with a small round notch or glass.
8. Press the middle slightly, but not to the end, as if the effect of a button
9. In the middle of the straw, make 2, 3 or 4 holes.
10. Bake in a preheated oven for about 12 minutes.
