Preparing the dough. Sift flour into a bowl, put salt, sugar, egg and butter. We begin to knead the dough. After rolling it into a ball, wrap it in food film and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

Roll out the dough, cut out circles according to the size of the molds. We lay out the circles according to the shapes, prick them with a fork and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

We dissolve gelatin (I use instant) in hot water (small quantity). We mix it with yogurt.

As soon as the yogurt begins to thicken, immediately beat it, pouring cream slowly.

Fill the baskets of shortbread with yogurt cream, decorate with fresh blackberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar. The final touch is a mint leaf.
