So, I sift the flour and pour sugar and baking powder into it. I cool margarine to the state of ice in the freezer and rub it with a coarse grater, and then mix thoroughly with a mixture of flour, sugar and baking powder. It turns out something like crumbs. This is our dough, most of which I put in my favorite round silicone mold, but I bake in a curly one according to my mood. Of course, you can use any familiar form. The form must be lubricated with oil. I leave about a third of the test on the "lid". I whisk the eggs into a foam with a whisk, and grate the apples and mix it all with sour cream and cottage cheese. So the filling is ready, it remains only to put it in a mold on top of the first layer of dough and cover with the remaining dough, and then put it in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 C. I always warm up the oven before baking.
