Scrambled eggs in puff pastry

Cooking method
1. In a frying pan, first fry the mushrooms
2. Dicing ham
3. Add to the mushrooms and fry for about 3 more minutes.
4. Three cheese on a grater
5. Finely chop the dill
6. Beat eggs lightly and mix with cheese and herbs
7. Pour this mixture of mushrooms with ham and cook stirring for about 4 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
8. Roll out the puff pastry thinly.On the sides we make cuts with a knife (the same amount on each side).
9. We put the filling in the center. We weave a pigtail.
10. Grease with beaten egg and bake in a preheated 190C oven for 20-25 minutes
11. Remove from the oven, let cool.
