I tried this beautiful and delicious dish once at a party, asked the hostess to share the recipe and since then I have been cooking it quite often for various family holidays. I also offer you this culinary recipe for chicken rolls with eggplant. So, first we take two eggplants, clean them, cut them into long thin plates. Salt and leave for 5 minutes. then fry in olive oil, spread on a paper towel to drain the fat. We take the fillet, wash it, dry it and cut it into thin long slices. Salt, pepper and then fold each slice with an eggplant plate. Roll up the roll and fasten with a skewer. Fry in oil and put in a preheated oven at 180 g for 15 minutes. We do not waste time in vain and start cooking tomatoes. Mine, cut into 4 parts and remove the seeds. Cut into small pieces and fry in butter. Add salt and pepper.
