Cooking method
The process of cooking chicken necks in a slow cooker:
- necks and vegetables are washed and cleaned from inedible parts;
- cut onion into rings and fry without oil in frying mode for 15 minutes;
- meanwhile, finely chop the dill and garlic and cut the tomato into halves;
- we put the prepared vegetables and necks in the bowl of the slow cooker to the onion, mix and cook in baking mode for 40 minutes. Salt to taste.
