Loaf of bread

Soft tender bun is sure to become a guest of your menu! Should I go to the store today for a loaf of bread or bake it myself? This question is often faced by everyone who loves and knows how to bake bread. There are many original, delicious and interesting recipes for homemade bread, but this one is very special. I read it in some magazine for summer residents, as an answer to the question of where to apply the huge harvest of pumpkins that have ripened at the fazenda. The magazine decided to introduce summer residents and cottagers to another traditional occupation - baking.

So, first I scrolled the pumpkin pulp, freed from the middle and peel, on a meat grinder. It turned out mashed potatoes. I pressed it down slightly with my hand and drained the excess liquid. Then I put all the ingredients in the bread maker and kneaded the yeast dough. It is pointless to tell the order of the bookmark of products: it is different in different models of the bread maker. Then I put the finished bread dough into an oval shape with a notch and baked it for about an hour at a temperature of 180 C, not forgetting to check readiness. And a loaf of bread turned out and there was dough left for buns with jam. After all, this pumpkin is a universal product. I must say that this bread was very tasty with pumpkin porridge. This is how the pumpkin dinner turned out, which everyone liked. No matter how much food is on the table, and without a good loaf of bread, no table is full!
