Step 1:
Remove the wrapper from the cheese sticks.
Step 2:
Beat eggs in a bowl. In a separate bowl, pour the breadcrumbs, mix them with grated Parmesan. In the third bowl, pour the flour.
Step 3:
Roll each stick in flour, then dip it into beaten eggs, then roll it well in a mixture of breadcrumbs and parmesan. Repeat the same thing a second time. Place the chopsticks on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Step 4:
Put the baking sheet in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 5:
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the cheese sticks until golden brown. Put the finished sticks on a paper towel, which will absorb excess oil. Everything is ready!
