Mix flour, egg yolks, sour cream, sugar and soda. Now we knead the dough as if for dumplings. Then you need to roll it into a thin cake and cut strips (about 10-12 cm long and 2-3 cm wide). To make the favorites look like twisted ribbons, we make a small incision in the middle of each strip and stretch one of its sides through the hole. Fry the favorites in melted hot oil until golden brown. After we pulled them out, we put them on a napkin to remove excess fat. When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar, which can be mixed with vanilla sugar if desired.
Bon appetit! Just be careful: when you start eating them, you won't be able to stop until the plate is empty!
