Cooking method
Dry in the oven or in a frying pan without oil, sliced stale rye bread. Put the bread in a saucepan (keep in mind that you can use glass or enameled to make kvass with horseradish),
pour 6-7 liters of boiling water and leave for 4 hours.Strain, add yeast (dilute them in the same wort), sugar. When the foam starts to stand out, add chopped horseradish and honey, let it brew for another couple of hours.
Strain, bottle. Add a little raisins to each one and put it in a cool place for a few days. Serve kvass with horseradish on the table chilled.
