Step 1:
How to make pickled crispy cucumbers without sterilization for the winter? Prepare the ingredients. The number of spices is indicated based on 1 liter of water. Start by soaking the cucumbers so that they turn out crispy and strong after marinating. Wash cucumbers thoroughly, repeatedly changing the water, you can even wipe them with a sponge to remove dirt.
Step 2:
Transfer the washed cucumbers to a deep container and fill with clean cold water. Leave it for a couple of hours, during this time it is better to change the water. Then drain the water, rinse the cucumbers again, cut off their tips on both sides.
Step 3:
Cans, while the cucumbers are soaked, wash and sterilize in a water bath, in a microwave oven or in the oven, in any convenient and proven way. Wash the lids and boil them.
Step 4:
For pickling, I use a set of herbs and seasonings specified in the composition. But you can replace it or supplement it. Wash and dry the greens thoroughly.
Step 5:
Fill sterile jars with herbs, add bay leaf, garlic cloves and pepper peas, lay cucumbers tightly together. Boil water in a kettle and pour boiling water over the contents of the cans to the hangers. Cover the jars with lids, leave for 10 minutes.
Step 6:
Then pour the water from the cans into a saucepan, add sugar and salt. Bring to a boil. Pour in 9% vinegar. Turn off the heat under the pan.
Step 7:
Fill cucumbers in jars with hot marinade. Immediately roll up the jars with lids. Turn the jars of cucumbers upside down, wrap them in a blanket and leave them to cool completely at room temperature.
Step 8:
For storage, remove the workpiece to a cool place. On winter days, pickled cucumbers will perfectly complement a meal in the form of snacks or will become an excellent basis for many dishes: salads, hot or soups. Enjoy your meal!
For cooking, it is better to use filtered or bottled water that is neutral to taste. If you use tap water, keep in mind that it can give the dish an unpleasant characteristic taste.
