Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:

Cut large tomatoes into several pieces, cut out the attachment point of the peduncle. Tomatoes put in a saucepan, put on fire.

While the tomato filling is cooking. We put whole tomatoes in sterile jars, tightly and up to the shoulders of the jars.

Fill tomatoes in jars with boiling tomato juice. We cover the jars with lids, but do not close them tightly. We put it on sterilization in a saucepan with water, at the bottom of which it is necessary to put a napkin so that the glass does not burst from contact with metal.
Step 12:
It is possible to sterilize the workpiece in the oven, at a power of 150 degrees for about 20 minutes of a 1 liter jar. We close the jars with lids, let them cool upside down under a blanket at room temperature and put them away for storage in a cool place. Bon appetit!
