Recently, my husband's parents gave us an impressive layer of fat, from which I made a roll. The food is very tasty. it can be served both on a family dining table and on a festive table. Now I will share with you this culinary recipe. We begin the preparation of a roll of lard with the fact that we take a layer of lard with a thickness of about 2.5-3 centimeters. The fat is thoroughly washed and dried with a paper towel, then laid out on the table and at the same intervals (about 1.5-2 centimeters) we make incisions in the layer, into which we put the garlic cut into plates (you determine the thickness of the plates yourself). After that, sprinkle the lard with pepper, salt, dry rosemary and basil to your taste. Now we twist a dense roll from the prepared fat and tie it with a thread so that it does not unwind. Now we put the roll in polyethylene and put it in the refrigerator for two days. Then it should be put in the freezer. Now we can periodically take it out, cut it into thin pieces and serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
