Step-by-step cooking
First, we thoroughly wash the pork tenderloin, then cut it into serving plates. Then beat off from both sides, pepper, salt to taste. Dip each slice into a beaten chicken egg, then roll it on both sides in breadcrumbs. We put cooking fat in the pan. However, instead of fat, you can use vegetable oil (or butter, if desired; with butter, this food will come out more delicious and fragrant, I tried it). Before frying the meat, the fat in the pan should heat up. Fry each pork slice to a beautiful crust.
We put the pork on a platter. Peel the apples, then cut them into thin round slices. And each slice is also fried in fat to such a state that the apples become a little softer. You can use the same fat that was left after pork.
Put two pieces of schnitzel in each plate, put fried apples on top of the pieces. As a side dish to such a dish, mashed potatoes or fried potatoes are ideal.
Sprinkle the meat with chopped fresh herbs on top.
