Step-by-step cooking
COOKING:
1. Pour gelatin with cold boiled water (1/2 cup) and let it swell.
Dissolve the swollen gelatin in a water bath or in a microwave (do not boil!), add honey and mix.
2. Pour the fermented baked milk and sour cream into a bowl, add vanilla and mix with a whisk.
3. Wash and dry the lemon, remove the zest.
4. Add lemon zest and gelatin to the milk mixture and mix everything with a whisk until combined. Divide the resulting mixture into two parts, add berry syrup (or any to taste) to one and mix.
5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds in layers. First, we put the white mixture in the freezer to solidify, then the pink one and put it back in the freezer to solidify, and so alternating. When the form is completely filled, we put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour until it completely solidifies. After that, we turn it over onto serving plates and decorate it as desired, serve it. A simple and delicious dessert. The children liked it very much.
