Cactus fruit smoothie

Soft, refreshing and very unusual cactus drink! I want to share an original recipe for making a vitamin drink from cactus fruits. The taste is unusual sweet with a slight sourness. I add a spoonful of honey to the children instead of ice, my husband likes it with ice, in general, the whole family is delighted with such a drink!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 10 min

1. We clean the fruits of the cactus, for this we cut off the sides with a fork and make an incision in the middle. With a spoon, we peel the pulp from inside the fruit, which we transfer to a blender.
2. Pour milk, if desired, you can use natural low-fat yogurt.
3. Add ice and whisk with a blender for a couple of minutes.
4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and decorate with mint leaves.
