Cooking method
1. We clean the fruits of the cactus, for this we cut off the sides with a fork and make an incision in the middle. With a spoon, we peel the pulp from inside the fruit, which we transfer to a blender.
2. Pour milk, if desired, you can use natural low-fat yogurt.
3. Add ice and whisk with a blender for a couple of minutes.
4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and decorate with mint leaves.
