Cooking method
Cherry pick, wash and dry.
Send the berries to the jar, sprinkling each layer with sugar.
Pour water into the jar, but not to the brim, because there should be room for fermentation.
Using a rolling pin, mash the cherries thoroughly.
Put a rubber glove or a water seal on the jar.
Put the jar on a sunny window for fermentation.
At the end of fermentation, filter the new wine and put it on the window to settle for 1-2 days.
Drain the wine from the sediment, filter through cheesecloth again and pour into glass bottles.
Before use, let the wine settle for three months.
Store the cherry wine in a cool, dark place.
