Cooking method
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Salt it and cook the spaghetti. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the ground meat for 4–5 minutes. Add the finely minced garlic and cook a bit longer. Break the cauliflower into florets and add them to the meat. Pour in 1 cup of water, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. When the pasta is done, add it to the meat. Sprinkle with finely chopped green onion and take the pan off the heat. Just before serving, drizzle with olive oil and top with grated cheese.
