Step 1:
Prepare a delicious vegetable snack, which can also be a side dish and prepare the necessary products with spices.
Step 2:
Cut two fresh zucchini into rings of the same thickness and put them in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste and mix.
Step 3:
Each piece of zucchini is breaded on both sides in flour and placed for frying in a frying pan, preheating it on the stove, adding olive oil to taste.
Step 4:
Fry the zucchini on low heat until golden brown on both sides, then put them in a bowl.
Step 5:
Cut two tomatoes into cubes, cut the peeled Bulgarian pepper into a similar cube and chop the green onions coarsely.
Step 6:
Put the vegetables in a frying pan, add olive oil to taste and lightly fry stirring with a spatula.
Step 7:
We continue to simmer the vegetables for about seven minutes on low heat, closing the pan with a lid. After five to seven minutes, add lemon juice to the pan and cover the vegetables with a lid for another three minutes. Add the zucchini to the pan and after stirring the vegetables well, continue to simmer for another five minutes, not forgetting to close the pan with a lid.
Step 8:
We put a delicious vegetable dish cooked quite quickly on a plate.
