Step 1:
Cut onion into quarters, carrot into cubes. Chicken fillet into medium pieces. Garlic finely, but with a knife, so that the juice is preserved.
Step 2:
Roll chopped vegetables and meat in flour in different bowls.
Step 3:
Fry the vegetables quickly in vegetable oil on high heat until golden brown, add a little salt. Put the fried vegetables on a plate.
Step 4:
Fry the chicken pieces in the oil in which the onions and carrots were fried. Add salt, pepper, and garlic.
Step 5:
Transfer the fried onions and carrots to the chicken fillet, mix and warm up for 5 minutes.
Step 6:
Everything! The most tender, juicy meat is ready. Serve with vegetables, favorite sauce. The side dish is good: rice, pasta, potatoes, porridge. Enjoy your meal!
