Step 1:

Pour five hundred grams of flour into a deep bowl and add fifty grams of mayonnaise to it.
Step 4:
Pour the boiling water from the mug into a bowl with flour and mix all the ingredients with a mixer.
Step 5:
We continue to knead the dough in a bowl with our hands and collect it into a ball.
Step 6:
Spread the dough on the table and knead it very well for seven minutes.
Step 7:
We remove the dough for thirty minutes in a cellophane bag.
Step 8:
We put three hundred grams of finely chopped onions in a bowl and add salt to it to taste.

Crush the onion well in a bowl until the juice is released.

Pressing with a fork, we grip the edges of the cheburek well from both sides.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil on the stove and put the chebureks in boiling oil, which we fry on each side until golden brown.
Step 21:
