Cut the breasts into portions, rub them with a little salt and "curry" seasoning. Then prepare the batter — break the eggs into a spacious bowl, add salt and pepper, add herbs, mix everything. Carefully introduce the flour so that there are no lumps. Put the chicken pieces in the ready-made batter and let stand for 30-40 minutes. Spread on a frying pan with heated vegetable oil preferably so that the pieces do not touch each other. Fry on one side for about 10 minutes until a crust forms, on the other for about 5 minutes, not allowing drying out. Fast and very tasty. Enjoy your meal!
