Step-by-step cooking
Take minced meat (it's better if it's a mixture of beef and pork - it tastes better this way), put it in a saucepan, at the bottom of which you need to pour a little sunflower oil and water. Stir the minced meat periodically. While it is cooking, we will chop the white cabbage. Add it to the saucepan, add salt to taste and cover the pan with a lid so that the cabbage is extinguished. When it becomes soft enough, add the onion, sliced tomatoes and sweet pepper. Season with bay leaf, pepper and peas and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Cook the rice until it is half cooked separately, and then put it in a saucepan with cabbage. Stir and cook for another 10 minutes. When serving, we fill it with fresh sour cream. Bon appetit!
