Lamb with potatoes in Kazakh "Kyurdak" is called this way for a reason. The word "Kyurdak" is familiar to us and means a complete mess, but it sounds like a "mess" in Russian. This means that the composition of the ingredients is very diverse, but in combination it turns out to be absolutely phenomenal delicious. First, I chop the lamb brisket into fifty-gram pieces, which I fry until an appetizing blush appears. I also put vegetables cut into strips there: sweet peppers, carrots and onions, and now I fry it all together. Then I put it in a saucepan, put the potatoes cut into strips and pour water so that the potatoes are covered. The carcass of lamb with potatoes in Kazakh "Kyurdak" on low heat until the meat and potatoes are fully ready, and the rest of the vegetables, of course. It turns out absolutely incomparable food, which can become a decoration not only for everyday, but also for any exquisite festive table. In some program they showed how to cook some oriental dishes. From there, I remember the culinary recipe of this delicious "Kyurdak". Now I know that "to make a mess" means not only to scatter clothes anywhere, but also to cook excellent yummy lamb brisket, one of the signature dishes of Kazakh cuisine.
