Step 1:
To prepare black crackers, take black bread, in this case Borodino, any spices to your taste, odorless sunflower oil, salt and garlic.
Step 2:
First cut Borodino bread into slices, about 1 centimeter thick.
Step 3:
Then cut these slices crosswise into cubes or cubes of the size that suits you, depending on what you want to use the crackers for: soup, broth or as a snack for beer, for example.
Step 4:
Fold the cubes of black bread into a baking dish. Put the crackers in the oven at 160-180 degrees for 20 minutes, you do not need to bake hard right away, you just need to dry well.
Step 5:
During this time, prepare a fragrant smear for crackers: mix oil, spices - in this case, a freshly ground mixture of peppers - salt and garlic squeezed through a garlic press is used.
Step 6:
Remove the dried crackers from the oven. Add the prepared spicy-oil mixture, mix well and put the crackers in the oven.
Step 7:
When the crackers are browned, remove them from the oven, cool and you can serve.
Step 8:
Store the black crackers with garlic in a closed container, serve as needed.
It's very easy to make black crackers with garlic in the oven: take black bread, cut it into cubes or cubes and bake it, sprinkling with oil with garlic and spices. Crackers should not be overcooked- this should be carefully monitored, because black bread burns quickly and imperceptibly.
