To start, put the rice to cook, pre-rinse it in several waters until transparent. Peel and chop the onion with a knife or grate.

Prepare the minced meat: if it is frozen, defrost it, if you have a piece of meat, then cut it into large pieces and chop it with a meat grinder or blender. Add the onion to the minced meat.
Step 4:
Separate the whites from the yolks and whisk the two whites into a foam using a whisk or mixer.
Step 5:
Add whipped whites, salt, ground pepper and boiled rice to our minced meat. Mix everything thoroughly. Now put the minced meat in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. During this time, prepare the fill.
Step 6:
For the sauce, peel and chop the carrots and onions with a grater, although you can just chop the onions with a knife if it's more convenient for you.
Step 7:
Fry the prepared vegetables until golden brown in a frying pan with vegetable oil while stirring over medium heat. They should become soft.
Step 8:
Add 5 tablespoons of sour cream with a fat content of 15-20% to the roast (if desired, you can put more sour cream) and spices to taste. In a mug with water, mix a spoonful of flour and pour it into the roast. peel and finely chop the garlic and also add to the pan to the total mass. Mix the mixture, bring to a boil and turn off. The gravy turns out to be quite thick.

Now make medium-sized meatballs: moisten your hands with water, make balls, roll them in flour and put them in a frying pan or any other dish in which you will bake them. The main thing is that they fit in one layer.

Then pour our meatballs with sour cream sauce and put them in a preheated oven (200 degrees). Simmer for about 30 minutes. Remove the finished dish from the oven and serve it to the table with a side dish. Bon appetit!
