Step 1:
First prepare the chocolate dough. Cut the butter and chocolate into pieces. The oil should be at room temperature, instead of chocolate bars, it is better to take chocolate drops. Boil the water. Put butter, chocolate, sugar and coffee in a bowl. Add hot water and stir until the chocolate and butter are completely melted.

Add the yogurt at room temperature and stir.

Add one egg at a time and mix.

Sift the flour into a bowl. Add cocoa powder and baking powder.

Mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.

Now prepare the cheese dough. Place the cream cheese at room temperature in a bowl and mix lightly. Add sugar and whisk until fluffy.

Add egg, vanilla extract and mix.

Add flour and mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.

Place the finished cheese dough in a pastry bag.

Grease the baking dish with butter. Use a round shape with a hole in the middle and a wavy bottom.

Fill out the form with 1/3 chocolate dough.

Then put the cheese dough in a circle.

Put the remaining chocolate dough on top and level the surface. Place the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 °C. Bake the cupcake for 30 minutes.

When the cupcake is ready, prepare the ganache. Finely chop the chocolate, or take chocolate drops. Place the cream in the microwave or on the stove and bring to a boil. Pour hot cream over the chocolate and stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
Step 15:
Add the butter and stir until the butter melts.

Remove the finished cupcake from the mold, cool and pour over the chocolate ganache.
