Step 1:

Add cottage cheese and sour cream to the beaten eggs. Mix it up.
Step 5:
Then pour the sifted flour of the highest grade into the dough. Add soda and a pinch of vanilla. First, mix with a whisk so that the flour enters the batter. Then turn on the mixer and mix everything until smooth.

The finished dough will be a little thick, almost like pancakes.
Step 7:
Wash the apples in running water and from dirt. Cut them into 4 pieces and cut the core out of them. Then cut the apples into slices.
Step 8:
For the pie, take a detachable mold with a diameter of 22 centimeters and cover its bottom with cooking paper. Pour the prepared dough into the mold. Spread slices of sliced apples over the entire surface of the pie. Put the pie in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40-50 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
Step 9:
The finished cake will rise a little and become a ruddy, golden color. Remove the pie from the oven and cool slightly.
Step 10:
Warm pie is very tasty with milk or tea. You can sprinkle it with powdered sugar a little. Due to the added cottage cheese, the pie turns out to be a little moist, which only benefits him. Have a nice treat!
