Catfish baked in foil in the oven

Prepare a healthy dinner for yourself and your family! Fish baked in foil is one of the favorite dishes in my family. Today I propose to cook catfish, pickled in paprika, with a side dish of champignons and tomatoes. I calmly eat such a dish after six and I believe that there will be no harm to the figure!

1. Prepare the ingredients:
- sprinkle the pieces of fish with paprika on all sides, leave for 10 minutes;
- mushrooms are washed, cut into plates;
- fry mushrooms in vegetable oil for 6-8 minutes;
- tomatoes are washed, cut into slices.

2. Prepare 2 pieces of foil. In the center of each we spread fried mushrooms, on top of them - a catfish steak. Next, salt the dish to taste, spread the tomato slices and wrap the foil.

3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the bundles in a heat-resistant form, bake for 40-45 minutes.

The fragrant fish is ready! Enjoy it!
