Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 10 min

To begin with, we prepare the necessary ingredients:

- wash, dry the meat and cut it into chops or take ready-made chops,

- cut bacon (you can just lard) into several thick slices,

- peel shallots (or ordinary onions) and finely cut into cubes or cut into half rings - to your taste,

- wash cherry tomatoes and blot excess moisture with paper napkins,

- wash parsley and spread it on napkins to dry.

Well, now you can cook the dish itself... Here's what to do.

Turn on the oven to warm up to 200 degrees Celsius. While the oven is heating, fry the bacon in a frying pan. To do this, put it on medium heat, warm it up, then spread the bacon slices and fry it until it becomes transparent, sometimes turning it over. In terms of time, it will take about 8 minutes. After the bacon is spread on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.

Sprinkle the chops with salt and ground black pepper, rub the meat well. In the heated remains of the melted fat, fry pork chops on both sides over high heat for 3 minutes on each side - until browned. After the chops are transferred to a baking dish.

Mix olive oil with chopped onion and cherry tomatoes, add a little salt and season with ground black pepper, pour flour and mix. Spread the mixture to the chops, pour the broth, cover the mold with a layer of foil and put it in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. After the dish is decorated with bacon and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Serve hot! We add a side dish to taste, for example, various vegetables are well suited: carrots, green string beans, zucchini and eggplant. This dish will be perfectly combined with boiled or baked potatoes.

Bon appetit!
