Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
In this recipe I will tell you how to bake pies from ready-made puff pastry. We prepare products: potatoes, onions, minced meat (pork / beef), puff pastry without yeast (we transfer it from the freezer to the refrigerator in the evening - it will go away overnight").
Step 2:
Cut potatoes into slices, onion cubes, put in a glass dish with a lid, add black pepper, mayonnaise, salt.
Step 3:
Mix, cover with a lid and put in the microwave for 10 minutes or the "Vegetables" mode. As you can see, the potatoes retain their shape, there is no excess water and they cook quickly. We take it out of the microwave, let it cool down.
Step 4:
We prepare the dough as shown in the picture: we spread a thin layer of minced meat on one part of the pie, and make staggered cuts on the other.
Step 5:
We spread the cooled potatoes on the minced meat, carefully stretch the part of the dough where the incisions were made until the dough becomes delicate. We form pies. Put in a preheated oven to 200-230 degrees for 15 minutes .
Step 6:
Let's see what happened! It is very tasty to eat such hot pies in combination with cold low-fat sour cream.
Do you want to surprise your family with delicious quick weekend pastries? This is what you need! Please with the design - it really surprises eaters. "Mom, how did you make these holes?" Guests will not immediately believe that you have prepared this yummy and beautiful yourself. And in just one hour. A little secret - I always use this dough - it is convenient to work with it, you do not need to roll it out: when unfolding, there is a film on one side. All you need is to cut into the right pieces. Flour for rolling and decoration is not required. Minced meat is always homemade - pork and beef, be sure to add garlic and onion to it. I do not lubricate the baking sheet and do not put paper on it. It is enough to heat the baking sheet well and quickly put the pies on it until it cools down. The dough contains a lot of oil, so it will not stick when baking. I use yeast-free dough, as it pours less. Good luck, you will definitely succeed!
