Wash the chicken and cut into pieces

Pour kefir, mix well and smear each piece of chicken. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

Put the chicken in a heatproof saucepan or baking sheet and pour the marinade liberally. If desired, you can put the chicken on a pillow of potatoes, then you will immediately have a full-fledged self-sufficient dish. Cover with foil or a lid and put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 80 minutes (if the chicken is homemade, 50 minutes will be enough for the store)
