Homemade bread with bran in the oven

A great recipe for healthy homemade bread! We recommend it! This bread is very tasty and healthy. Instead of bran, you can add any other type of flour (rye, corn, buckwheat), each time a different taste is obtained. A big plus is that it does not harden for a long time: you can store it in a bread box or a bag.

    I bake regular bread often, but I learned how to bake homemade bread with bran in the oven quite recently. I share the recipe. To begin with, we prepare the necessary products.

    I used my assistant bread maker to knead the bread. I just threw everything into the bowl and turned it on to the kneading program and after 1 hour and 25 minutes I got the dough completely kneaded and fit. If we do everything manually, then first we heat the liquid and pour vegetable oil into it, and you can take any liquid you want - milk, water, whey - everything of your choice.

    Then pour yeast, salt, sugar and bran into the liquid.

    Then add flour in small portions.

    Knead the dough.

    We cover the finished dough with cling film and leave it warm for lifting - it will take about 40 minutes.

    After 40 minutes we take out our dough, divide it into equal 2 parts (future 2 loaves) and form bread. You can simply round it up and send it to the form.

    There is another second option that I used: to begin with, we spread out a piece of dough.

    And then we twist it into a tight roll. We do the same with the second piece.

    We send the blanks to the mold.

    Leave the dough to rise - it will take 30 - 40 minutes.

    Bake this bread first for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200-220 C, then reduce to 170 C and bake for another 30 minutes. We take the bread out of the oven and let it cool completely on the grill, let the cooled bread stand for several hours if possible (I try to leave it overnight). The bread mode is divided into portions and served with the first and second courses. Enjoy your meal!

Such bread with bran can be cooked both in a bread maker and in the oven. Lately, I've been baking bread in the oven most often (I like it that way more), but I knead it in a bread maker. If you want to cook completely in a bread maker, then from kneading to baking, choose the main mode, for me it takes 3 hours and 39 minutes. Bread is the head of everything, especially so delicious and fragrant!
